My Top Story of the Century

President Kennedy Assassinated:1963                    John F. Kennedy was killed in Dallas, Texas on November 22. He was shot three times while sitting next to his wife riding around the town. He was in Dallas due to his campaigning, while in the car that after noon on his way to the Dealey palace he was killed. Hours after his death the killer had been arrested. I think this was an important event in the 1900's because John F. Kennedy was an iconic president. He was the youngest man in office at the time and created many beneficial policies as president to end things with the Soviet Union. Kennedy was also such a charismatic president and everyone was sad to see him go.  United States enters World War II:1941 In 1941 Japanese forces bombed the United States navy base in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Within days congress voted to declare war on Japan which entered them in to World War II. World war two effected but also benefi...

Current Events Quiz 1.3

7,000  T hey have counseled me and helped me to lead a more balanced and meaningful life 11p.m. to 6a.m. $2,000 It  Long answer  Trump's decision was very surprising because he went against all his party and solved an argument for the first time and did it by taking the other party's side. Trump also never seems to solve problems so this is new to all of us. It might also have a lot of interest because he is doing a good deed in a way by helping the people out. I think Trump made the decision because he wants to change the media's opinion on him by going with the side that will make him look like the good guy. He might truly want to help people, but it is also just to get on the good side of America since usually he is always on the negative side of things.  I think the GOP leaders are just as surprised like us, but also very angry. They probably think Trump is not the best decisi...
