2) In the article it is said that at least 65% of Texans will need to directly enroll in college so they can meet there goals.
3) The impact for students who do not directly enroll is it can be less likely that they earn a degree or certificate.

6) I think college is only important, if you are working in a specific job where it is required or an advantage, but for people who don't want to I don't think it really matters. I do hope to go to college directly out of high school to further my education. I think it is a really good advantage in the world of working today, but I don't think you need to. I think living without a college degree is very possible. I say this because both of my parents didn't attend college and they have lived a very nice life. I think they are both important because they both have advantages and good things to them. I have not I don't even really know what I would like to do at all, but I think I will for sure attend a college
