Photography composition

Simplicity- In this photo you can see on of the tower burning with thick black smoke coming out. Your eye is drawn to it because in the back you just have a simple blue no buildings to distract you from the main focal point.


Rule of thirds-  In this photos foreground you see a big sign in the top right intersection which is the main focal point. If you look more to the left bottom intersection you see the big LAX sign which means this photo was taken in California across the country. This has two main focal point in opposite thirds.


Lines- In this photo you see white and black lines running up and down the entire flame as well as the main focal point falling in the direction of the lines. The man in the middle is contrast the lines by being sideways.


Balance- In this photo more towards the front off center you see the Rockefeller building very clearly. then you then as you continue you see the burning world trade center balancing out the weight of the other building then smaller ones to fill the bottom.


Framing-In the foreground of the photo you see the top right corner framed by a bridge the the other corner you see the smoke framing  the photo. Since the bridge and the smoke are in front of the main subject being the city, it looks like it is framed by them.

merger-In this photo there is a bunch of firefighters walking towards the direction of who is taking the photo. In the background there seems to be buildings and pole coming up from there heads which is a merger.

viewpoint- This photo is of fireman on a crane trying to put out the fires around over piles of black and burnt things. The photo was taken from an above angle making you able to  see every thing on the ground all black and burnt and the water spraying over.

cropping- in this photo there are people around, but you can only focus on the two women who are crying. The photo is just focussed on one subject front and center.

Depth- In this photo you see what looks like a never ending road with people rushing to get out of the city. The way the photo was taken make the road seem it is very long and goes right into the smoke.

Symmetry- In this photo you see a road way filled with ash and smoke and the road is filled with ash.the walls seem to be closing in n the one man who is just walking through the street.
